There’s now a new subsection on Google Store that is allocated specifically for Virtual Reality products. The store appeared quietly and Google has yet to announce anything officially about the store. What’s even more interesting about the store is the introduction of a mostly unheard of VR device called C1-Glass VR Viewer from Goggle Tech. The device is being sold along with two other VR headsets that most of us are already familiar with, namely Google Cardboard and Mattel View-Master VR Starter Pack.
The Goggle Tech C1-Glass VR Viewer is available now in Black with a US$ 14.99 (~RM 62) price tag (for more colour options, head to Goggle Tech’s store instead to get them in a pack of 3 with additional White and Red coloured viewers). Otherwise if you’re looking for other options, Google store still has Google Cardboard and Mattel View-Master, at US$ 15 (~RM 62) and US$ 29.99 (~RM 125) respectively. All VR devices bought via Google Store — Virtual Reality come with free shipping but unfortunately, not everyone can purchase from it as the store is only available for customers in the US at the moment.

The apps provide immersive VR experience with tons of contents to explore. The only thing that might be a concern with C1-Glass is the missing enclosure, which would lead one to assume that the viewing experience might not be as good as its other counterparts.
Here are some of the apps that can be used with the C1-Glass:
Still, the C1-Glass VR Viewer is a great option for enjoying VR content on the go, and supports most Android or iOS phones with screen sizes ranging between 4–6 inches. The entire set with its polycarbonate body and PMMA lenses weigh only 27 g. It can be packed flat and carried in a pocket, and it comes with a microfibre pouch for carrying as well as for the cleaning of the lenses.
